Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding (without Erika)

(December 16, 2002) We know the date for the "Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding" movie. We know a gaggle of former cast members are coming back for the film.

The only question that remains is this: Will the bride wear white, or one of those red lifeguard swimsuits?

Viewers can find out Friday, February 28, when FOX airs the "Baywatch" movie that reunites 15 of the show's old cast members, including David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson, Yasmine Bleeth, Jeremy Jackson, John Allen Nelson and Gena Lee Nolin.

"It was great having 15 of us back, and it felt terrific working together again," Hasselhoff says. "Everyone checked their ego at the door and we had a ball."

The movie's plot involves Hasselhoff's Mitch getting ready to get married in, you guessed it, Hawaii. A number of his former lifeguard colleagues fly to the island state to attend the wedding. An old nemesis (Cary Horiyuki-Tagawa), however, is out to crash the party.

"Baywatch" was hugely popular as a syndicated series in the 1990s, particularly overseas.
