New Erika DVDs found!

(01. 09. 2004) Grunthos just found PAL dvds of 'Dracula 3000' and 'Caught in the Headlights'.

So if you are in an NTSC country (US, Canada etc.) check that BOTH your DVD player and TV can cope with PAL 625 lines! It is far easier for PAL tvs+ players to play NTSC disks than for NTSC kit to play PAL disks. Or use a computer. DVDs can be found at links below.

So far, this seems to be the only source of these DVDs. Seller is in Toronto, I think, but imports his disks from Russia! Despite these being russian DVDs, they have the original sound track, so you don't need to try and understand Russian unless you really want to...

While I think of it, I reported earlier that a Dutch company had released Erika's Baywatch pilot and 4 of her episodes on DVD. The have, but the DVD quality is poor. Whoever mastered this DVD needs to see an optician! Awful compression artifacts, and burnt out whites! The inside shots are passable, but as most of it is shot on the beach, in the bright California sunshine, it looks bad! So unless you really want this, I would avoid it. This is a shame, because done right, this would have been great!

Thank Grunthos for info.
