First Course become’s First Degree murder

(March 5, 2002) An all-star cast joins together for a friendly backyard party that turns to murder in First Degree. The sexy who-done-it will make its video premiere on May 14, 2002 (prebook April 19, 2002).

The movie was announced today by the leading independent producer/distributor, York Entertainment.

First Degree stars Erika Eleniak (Under Siege, Baywatch), James Wilder (Murder One, TV’s Models Inc.), Jack Scalia (Act of War, Beyond Suspicion), C. Thomas Howell (E.T., The Outsider), and Karen Black (Five Easy Pieces, The Great Gatsby).

First Degree was directed by Stephen Eckelberry (Going Home, Movies Money Murder), written by Karen Black (Going Home, Men) along with Richmond Riedel, and was produced by Karen Black, John Weidner and Marc Eckelberry.

Synopsis: 

A friendly barbeque goes haywire when a murder begins to unravel and greed sets in for the missing ransom. Before the night is over, those behind the scandal will be exposed (literally), and the surviving guests will go home with blood on their hands and a bad taste in their mouth!
